MorrisAnderson Honored As An Outstanding Turnaround Firm By Turnarounds & Workouts 2016

The recognition honors firms that are routinely retained in the most complex and sophisticated restructuring transactions. MorrisAnderson was specifically recognized for the following outstanding achievements:
- Chapter 11s – Developed plans of reorganization for International Technical Coatings (ITC) and Delta Mechanical
- Financial advisors to UCC of Fansteel ($90 million), and a $150 million multi-location hospital
- Within debt restructuring and refinance – MorrisAnderson represented a $600 million seafood distributor, a $25 million Texas oil and gas service provider, ITC (see previous Chapter 11), an $85 million steel service center, and a $250 million private oncology and hematology practice.
