Santino Morena is an Associate Director at MorrisAnderson. Prior to joining MorrisAnderson, Santino was a Specialist at Accenture, LLP, a global professional services company where he performed thorough buy-side financial due diligence to the Accenture Corporate Development team and contributed in final sales purchased agreement negotiations. Santino primarily focused on due diligence for acquisitions within the capital projects, robotics, and IT consulting space. Prior to his role at Accenture, Santino was a Tax Senior at Ernst & Young, LLP, focusing on financial service clients, specifically banks and broker-dealers. Santino graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Iowa, Tippie College of Business.

Santino assists clients by providing a broad range of the firm’s financial and operational advisory services, including Financial Modeling, Profit Improvement, Forensic Investigations and Accounting, Turnarounds, Workouts, Litigation Support, Providing Valuation Estimates, and Evaluating Historical and Prospective Financial Performance. Santino consults directly with management and senior financial staff to provide accurate cash flow projections, budgets, and business valuations to evaluate, support, and help implement strategic decisions in crisis situations.
